Sometimes crazy is all that you got. Heard you put your hands around the throat of God singing “how could you let this happen? I’ll put you on the cross, hope you learn your lesson.”

I’ve been touched not once, not twice, been preyed on abandoned a million times saying “Jehovah? Jehovah never came so I hung him on the cross. Guess I learned my lesson.”

With every word and every action I’ve learned to love through every suffering. When I speak you still remain silent so I spit upon the cross. Who can learn this lesson?

Now I’m busy with the Lord’s business. Heal the sick, feed the poor, cast out the demon “Singing Lord, look what i’ve done in your name” then I forget about the cross, never learned its lesson.

Oh the crosss is where the cycle ends. No more hand me down consequences.
Soon all will hear it is finished cuz I got up on the cross to call you my friend.
